From time to time organisations need to reassess their workforce needs and occasionally this results in a requirement to reduce the number of employees they have. These situations can be difficult for all concerned and that's why the provision of quality Career Transition Services is such a valuable benefit to provide outgoing employees whilst providing comfort that the process will be managed in a professional and understanding manner.
Our Approach
Our approach to Career Transition services is quite straightforward i.e. to provide a quality and cost effective product to the organisations we work with and an individually customised and highly effective career coaching service to our participants. We don't aim to be the biggest provider of this type of service in Sydney however we do aim to hold strong relationships with a small range of selected clients and to provide a better quality product.

The resources available to Dalcross enable us to provide a quality of Career Transition services, which we believe is second to none. Being a boutique organisation the people who perform the service are the stakeholders and this creates a powerful link between the service we provide and the results to participants. Our principal consultants are Human Resources specialists with more than a combined 55 years of providing organisations and their employees with high quality consulting and counselling service. This enables us to work with businesses and participants in a way that most other providers cannot.
Programs provided include: 2 months, 3 months, 6 months and Open ended. However we can also tailor a program to suit clients.
Location: All Career Transition Services are conducted on Dalcross premises located at Level 3, 50 Margaret Street, Sydney, NSW
