The course is based on the principles of Building community, trust and cooperation and is highly participative. Suitable for people who are either newly appointed, or have some experience and are in need of a refresher. The course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to be regarded as effective, respected leaders. Course Aims This course is designed to improve the ability of participants to lead others. The seven sessions may be taken over five days, or as separate sessions as required.
